To encourage a love of poetry, we would like you to watch  Poetry Time films.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

These films are for children in Reception and Year 1 to watch.

 

There are seven different films to enjoy.

 

Performers, Nick and Elly, will show you how to read poems with thought and attention that can evoke strong feelings in children  and adults!

 

Children and parents can join in, enjoy the poems again and again and even learn them by heart. Click on the poems below to download a written copy.
